Cost Drivers
What moves your number
Two businesses in the same industry can need very different budgets, and it is rarely about company size. These are the factors that actually decide it.
- Competition. National terms in crowded markets need far more content and authority than a local service area does.
- Starting position. An established site with history moves faster and cheaper than a brand new domain.
- Technical debt. Sites with years of accumulated problems need cleanup before new content can perform.
- Content volume. The single biggest lever in most plans, and the one we scale up or down first.
- Number of locations or services. Each one needs its own optimized page and its own local signals.
- Speed. Compressing a twelve month plan into six means more resource per month, not a shortcut.

Money Questions
Billing and terms
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on monthly plans. The audit and strategy session that start every engagement are free, and the standalone audit fee is waived when you begin a plan.
How long am I committed?
Month to month with 30 days written notice to cancel. We ask for a fair look, usually three to six months, because SEO and content genuinely need time, but you are never contractually trapped.
How is ad spend handled?
You pay the platforms directly with your own payment method, so you keep full visibility and control of the account. Our management fee is 15 percent of spend with a $600 monthly minimum, billed separately.
When are invoices due?
Monthly plans are billed in advance on the first of the month, due on receipt. Project work is typically 50 percent to start and the balance on delivery.
Can I change plans?
Yes, up or down, with notice before the next billing cycle. Most clients start on Launch or Growth and adjust once the audit shows what the market actually demands.
What if I am not happy?
Tell us early and we will fix it or part ways cleanly. You keep your site, content, accounts and data regardless, and we will help with the handover.
Do you offer refunds?
Work already performed and published is not refundable, since the content and the rankings stay with you. If we have not delivered what was agreed in a given month, we credit it. Details are in our Terms of Service.
Want to know where you actually stand?
Send us your site and we will come back with a free audit: what is ranking, what is broken, and what we would fix first.
