Terms of Service
The terms governing use of this website and the general terms for our publishing, SEO and media services.
Last updated: September 19, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to mediahype.site and describe the general terms under which Media Hype Inc provides publishing, search optimization, media relations, paid media, social and web services. By using this website you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
Media Hype Inc is a marketing agency located at 219 SE 25th Ave, Boynton Beach, FL 33435, serving clients in South Florida and nationwide.
2. Website Use
- Use this site for lawful purposes only.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorized access to the site.
- Do not scrape, copy or republish site content commercially without written permission.
- Do not submit false information or use our forms for unsolicited commercial messages.
3. Information Is Not An Offer
Prices, plans, timelines and service descriptions on this website, including those on the homepage and pricing page, are general information for planning. They are not offers or guarantees. Final pricing and scope are set in a written proposal or service agreement.
4. Engagements
- Services begin when a written proposal or service agreement is accepted.
- Monthly plans run month to month and renew automatically until cancelled.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing date.
- Work outside the agreed plan scope is quoted and approved before it begins.
- We may decline or end an engagement where a client requests work that is unethical, misleading or against platform guidelines.
5. No Guarantee Of Results
We do not and cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts, revenue, coverage placements or social growth. Search engines, publishers and advertising platforms control their own algorithms, editorial decisions and policies, and change them without notice. Any projections we provide are informed estimates based on experience, not promises. What we commit to is performing the agreed work competently and reporting results honestly.
6. Media Placement
Editorial coverage is at the sole discretion of journalists and publishers. We cannot guarantee that a press release will be picked up, that a pitch will result in coverage, or that coverage will be favorable. Paid placement and sponsored content, where used, is disclosed in line with our Editorial Policy and applicable FTC guidance.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to websites, analytics, advertising and social accounts
- Provide accurate information about your business, services and claims
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Hold all necessary rights to materials, images and claims you supply to us
- Maintain your own backups of your website and data
- Comply with laws and platform policies applicable to your industry and advertising
Delays in access, approvals or materials shift timelines accordingly and do not reduce fees for the period.
8. Advertising Spend
Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platforms using your own payment method. Our management fee is separate and is not a markup on spend. You are responsible for the spend itself, for platform policy compliance and for any account suspensions arising from your industry, claims or landing pages.
9. Billing And Payment
- Monthly plans are billed in advance on the first of each month, due on receipt.
- Project work is typically 50 percent to begin and the balance on delivery.
- Past due balances may accrue interest and collection costs as permitted by Florida law.
- We may pause work and reporting on accounts more than 15 days past due.
- Work already performed is not refundable. Where an agreed deliverable was not provided in a billing period, we credit it to the following month.
10. Ownership
On payment in full, you own the content, copy, designs and deliverables we create for you, together with your website, accounts and data. We retain ownership of our internal processes, templates, tools, research methods and any pre existing materials. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
11. Third Party Platforms
Our services depend on platforms we do not control, including search engines, advertising networks, social platforms, hosting providers and analytics tools. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, algorithm updates, account suspensions or pricing changes, or for results affected by them.
12. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential business information private and use it only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation survives the end of the engagement.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data or business interruption.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Media Hype Inc harmless from claims arising out of materials, claims or information you supply, your products or services, your compliance obligations, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.
16. Changes And Contact
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with an updated date. Where a signed service agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
